Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Among Demons. By creating an account, signing in, or playing the game, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You may create an account with a username and password or sign in with Google or Discord. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected provider accounts secure. You must provide accurate account information and may not use another person's account without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the service, abuse APIs, exploit bugs, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, harass other users, impersonate others, or use Among Demons for unlawful activity.
Gameplay And Virtual Items
Among Demons includes gameplay progress, demons, Souls, rankings, and other virtual items or stats. These are part of the game experience only, have no cash value, and may be changed, balanced, reset, or removed as the game evolves.
Prototype Service
The game may change frequently. Features may be added, removed, interrupted, or unavailable. We may update mechanics, adjust progression, correct data, suspend accounts, or reset affected gameplay data when needed to protect the service or fix issues.
Third-Party Login
Google and Discord login are provided by third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes made by those providers.
Intellectual Property
Among Demons, including its game design, names, logos, artwork, interface, and content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The project code may be licensed separately where stated, but that does not grant rights to misuse the Among Demons name, branding, or third-party provider marks.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use the game in a way that harms other users or the project. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
Among Demons is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, preservation of all progress, or that the service will meet every expectation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Among Demons and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, goodwill, or profits related to your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continuing to use the game after updates means you accept the updated terms.
